Beacon Rock Maternity Session – KitKat’s Moody Mountain Magic

There’s something timeless about the Pacific Northwest when the skies are gray and the cliffs stand tall behind you. KitKat’s maternity session at Beacon Rock wasn’t about sunshine or dramatic color, it was about depth, strength, and stillness. The overcast light created a calm, ethereal backdrop that felt entirely in tune with the season she’s stepping into: motherhood.

The Look and Feel of the Session

KitKat’s session was intentionally simple, barefoot in the grass, a flowing neutral gown, and the wild beauty of the Gorge surrounding her. The tones were soft and moody, the sky cloud-covered and quiet. Everything about the setting helped emphasize what mattered most: the emotion, the strength, the presence.
